Our two dedicated care homes in Norwich and Ipswich, Carleton House and Thurleston House, offer specialised care and individualised support to an exceptional standard.

At both our care homes in Norwich and Ipswich, residents can relax amongst nature, take walks around our luscious grounds or enjoy outings. Our wheelchair-accessible paths ensure everyone can savour the outdoors, whether it’s to enjoy an afternoon tea, watch the birds or enjoy a favourite hobby.

Carleton House

Carleton House is located just a short 5-mile drive from Norwich city centre, with easy access to the A11. Our grounds offer stunning views of the local countryside and have a wide cared-for garden to explore.

Formed from Passion.

Our dedication to specialist care all began in 1986 when founder and owner, Tony Jourdan, opened his first care home. Tony’s passion for offering exceptional residential care to the elderly drove him to transform his vision of compassionate care into reality.

Today, Tony continues to guide the business alongside Ben Jourdan, ensuring the high standards of care extend across our two specialised care homes in Norwich and Ipswich.

Led by Adele Skeet, our Care Manager and our highly trained caring staff are at the heart of our home and are a reflection of our values. Available and on site 24/7, our staff are passionate individuals who always bring a smile to the faces of those around them.

Tony Jourdan

Founder/Director

Having worked in Care for over 30 years as well as running several other businesses Tony has a vast amount of knowledge of what is required to keep the home running to the highest standard whilst ensuring the longevity of the business.

Ben Jourdan

Director

Joining the Team in 2016, Ben comes from a public protection background where he has transferred his skills into the care environment making sure the home remains compliant in all areas whilst developing the business.
