Join Our Healthcare Assistants As part of our holistic caring approach, we value the physical health of our residents as much as their mental health. Our nurses (or healthcare assistants) are the keys to providing exceptional care with dignity and personal preferences.
This is a great role for passionate nurses who take pride in helping others feel comfortable about their discomforts.
Our healthcare assistants can also expect to be included in activities and events, making them an invaluable part of our family culture.
Join Our Staff Minton Care Hotels also requires dedicated maintenance, chefs and receptionists as part of our staff. As familiar faces to all on-site, these individuals can light up the room upon entry while also playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the property.
Whether it’s fixing a squeaky door, cooking a delicious breakfast, or welcoming visitors, we have several roles that require skills that require dedicated staff members.
