As a Team Leader at Minton Care Hotels, you are responsible for the day-to-day running of the property. You’ll be in charge of ensuring all care team members are performing to our exceptional standards with safety, respect and dignity.

Minton Care Hotels also requires dedicated maintenance, chefs and receptionists as part of our staff. As familiar faces to all on-site, these individuals can light up the room upon entry while also playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the property.
